Thankful Tuesday

Thankful Tuesday means SO much today. Last night the hubs friend and his family lost their home and everything in it including both their cars to a fire. Everyone got out ok. Praise be to the Lord! Its a huge reminder that the material things we have could be gone in a flash... literally. My heart breaks for them and their 2 young kids. We have offered to help in any way we can, but you cant fix the emotional devastation that comes with such a loss. I've always told the hubs that if the house catches on fire get the kids out (obviously) and grab the external hard drive! It has all of our family picts and important docs backed up on it. Im still in shock that someone we know is going through something SO devastating, but I am thankful that they are all safe. Continue to pray for them as the move through this tragedy.
