Ham & Potatoes ''Casserole"

So after Easter most of us have lots of leftover ham... and most of us get sick of eating plain ham! So every year I make ham & potatoes a fam fave! So this year I added fresh green beans and voila insta meal! It was super easy and SUPER yummy!
You will need:
Leftover ham
5 or 6 golden potatoes (I prefer golden but you can use idaho or red)
3 cups fresh/frozen green beans (optional)
1 medium onion
1 stick butter
Olive oil
garlic (powder, cloves, whatever you have)
salt to taste
Grease a 13X9 dish with olive oil layer potatoes- season. Add diced onion, ham, and lastly green beans. Season and place butter tabs atop the green beans cover with foil bake in 350 oven for an hour to hour and a half (depending on how soft you want your green beans) and voila! Yummy Yum-O!
